Thank you for an insightful presentation on Iranian economy. A question that arises is: what is the interrelation of state of Iranian economy and the sanction? Is the poor state of the economy result of sanctions or there are fundamental structural issues, such as lack of expertise and independent management that drive the downward spiral? After all the state of the economy was not any better prior to sanctions.
