3rd and final Presidential Debate with President Gerald R. Ford and Governor Jimmy Carter. The debate was held at the Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall, College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. The debate had no specific subject, all areas were open to questioning.
