Dezful, the brick city of Iran, contains lots of historical landmarks and relics from different historical periods such the Sassanid, Timurid, Safavid, and Qajar periods. In this episode, we visited the Tomb of Yaqub Leys Safari, the founder of Saffarid dynasty. We also visited the old bridge of Dezful, Dezful Watermills, Dezful’s Alikaleh Park, the old section of the city, and the traditional bazaar of this beautiful city. The best season to travel to Dezful, is wintertime to early spring (month of Farvardin), because after that, it gets really hot in Dezful
